MOBILE RESPONSE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO SOLOPROTECT CUSTOMERS

Police support does not always extend to many of the situations where you might require the reassurance or support of a uniformed officer. Alternatively your organisation may find it difficult to engage with the Police and to request their attendance at a time best suited to you and the client being visited. SoloProtect has introduced a range of Active Personnel Protection Services (APPS) to provide manned support in these situations.

In a high-risk environment, workers would be far safer if accompanied by a trained, uniformed security officer. Some industries already operate buddy systems but a second person is not always available, especially at short notice. An incident may not be such that it warrants ‘blue-light’ Police attendance, yet a second person would help as support or a deterrent, to diffuse the situation or reduce the risk level. The Police often can’t deliver this type of service and it is often difficult (and costly) for you to arrange for a 2nd worker to attend.

SoloProtect in partnership with Reliance’s Patrol Net service has introduced a range of new Active Personnel Protection Services (APPS) to address these eventualities and to improve the level of security you provide to your lone working staff .

Customers can sign-up to these services on a pay-per-use basis, providing access to manned security support when and where they need it and without any upfront financial commitment. APPS is available in 3 service levels:

1. Immediate reactive response (for when an incident is current)
2. Escorted visit – reactive (less than 4 hrs notice)
3. Escorted visit – planned (more than 4 hrs notice)
